2010 IT Support Packages

Making IT work for your business we have a choice of support packages that reflect our clients’ IT needs.  So, you only pay for the level of service that’s right for you, nothing more.  

Pay As You Go

  • Access our expert IT Support services at our hourly rate as and when you need them.
  • On-site support is charged at £50 per hour and is rounded up to the nearest hour.
  • If we need to access your system remotely to solve your IT problem this is charged at £50 per hour and is rounded up to the nearest 30 minutes.

Lite – peace of mind from only £10 per month

This package is designed for small businesses and home offices with one or two computers and includes:

  • Phone / Email / Remote  Support
  • Internet Connectivity and Security
  • Basic Desktop Support
  • Printing and  Scanning Support
  • Discounted On-site support

Standard – minimise downtime from only £70 per month

This package is designed for businesses with up to 2 servers, operating from two locations with a maximum of 10 users and includes:

  •  Phone / Email / Remote / Onsite Support
  • Windows Updates (WSUS)
  • Server / Backup Monitoring
  • Internet Connectivity & Security
  • Basic Desktop Support
  • Infrastructure Support
  • Printing & Scanning Support
  • Support for Email Systems

Premium – mission critical support from only £150 per month

This package is designed for businesses and organisations of any size who rely heavily on their IT systems and infrastructure
